20. Physical Services – Booking and Payment Terms
These additional terms apply to all physical services provided by First Class Education, including home tutoring and educational enrichment sessions:

Booking Requirements:

All bookings for physical services must be made in advance through our designated booking system or by contacting us directly.

Payment Terms:

Payment in full for any enrichment or tutoring session must be received no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled start of the session.

Failure to make payment in full by the specified time will result in the cancellation of your booking without further notice.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled session, failure to complete this notice period will result in the loss of your booking fees.

Bookings cancelled or rescheduled without proper notice will forfeit any deposit or pre-payment, and a new booking may be subject to availability.

Refunds:

In the event of cancellation by you without the required notice or failure to make timely payment, any payment received may be forfeited.

Should First Class Education need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered the option of a full refund or an alternative booking at no extra cost.

Changes to Service:

First Class Education reserves the right to alter or cancel physical service sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide any applicable refunds or rescheduling options.

By accessing our Site or booking our physical services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the specific terms governing our physical service bookings and payments. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to override, limit, or replace any mandatory statutory or regulatory rights provided under UK law.
